This Privacy Notice explains how Parse ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. The legal entity behind Parse is identified in Section 10 (Contact) below.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data — email, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Shadow-account identifier — a random device-scoped token stored in your browser to persist credits and streaks before you claim an account.
  • Usage data — credits remaining, decodes performed, streak counts, EQ tier, language preference.
  • Inputs & Outputs — the messages, screenshots, PDFs, and commentary you submit, and the analyses returned. Raw Inputs and full Outputs are not persisted in your device's decode history — only a short diagnosis summary and metadata are kept locally.
  • Support communications — messages you send us and our replies.
  • Technical data — device and browser information, IP address, and basic request logs used for security and debugging.

Payment data (card details, billing address, tax information) is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we receive only limited transaction metadata.
