How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles refunds directly.
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to look up your order and request a refund.
- Or send us a message via our contact form and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Parse Pro Subscription ($4.99/month)
Every Pro subscription starts with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid billing period. If Parse isn't for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge and access is revoked.
You can cancel anytime from your account page or via paddle.net. Access continues through the end of your current paid period, and no further charges are made.
Credit Top-Ups ($2.99 for 50 credits)
Top-up credits are consumed the moment a decode is generated. Once a credit is spent it is considered delivered and is not refundable. Unused top-up credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used — contact support to confirm eligibility.
What Happens After a Refund
- Refunds are typically processed by Paddle within a few business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
- Once a refund is issued, the corresponding Pro access or top-up credits are revoked from your ParseIntent account.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (for example, the EU right of withdrawal for consumers).
