Refund Policy
No refunds are provided on consumed micro-credits. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the Lifetime plan if unused. Contact support for assistance.
How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles refunds directly.
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order and request a refund.
- Or send us a message via our contact form and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Micro-Credit Packs (10 Decodes, 30 Decodes)
Credits are consumed the moment a decode is generated. Once a credit is spent it is considered delivered and is not refundable. Unused credits on a purchased pack may be refunded within 14 days of your order date if none of the pack's decodes have been used — contact support to confirm eligibility.
Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime plan is eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from your order date, provided the plan has not been used to generate decodes. If any decode has been generated under the Lifetime plan, the sale is considered consumed and is not refundable.
What Happens After a Refund
- Refunds are typically processed by Paddle within a few business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
- Once a refund is issued, the corresponding credits or Lifetime access are revoked from your ParseIntent account.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (for example, the EU right of withdrawal for consumers).
